Re: Hay that was my Camaro "All scammers must die"
Nice car, Rick, I would have given $5900.00. That would lower my average price considerably! Tex T.

Thanks, but I'm not sure I can do one for that amount. I'll have to get back to you.... Hope the Camaro is doing well. Have you aired her out yet? I know this cooler weather helps. With a little luck my next project will be in Autorama Thanksgiving weekend. OK with a lot of luck. Rick

Re: Hay that was my Camaro "All scammers must die
Rick, I know what that feels like. Some slimeball did the same thing with my car last week. E BAG will basically do nothing when notified, in my experience, you can't even post a complaint unless the auction/scam is still active. My scammer suspended and then re-started the auction at least twice in what I guess was an attempt to dodge my complaints. The last time it got listed, a fellow board member and I started bidding on it. I finally bid one million on it, the slimeball pulled it right away.

Re: Hay that was my Camaro "All scammers must die
Steve
It just kills me that eBay is no more responsive to ads like this than they are. All "pre-approved bidder" ads are fake why do they allow them. I'm surprised it's still running. I sent the slim an email that I can't repeat here for fear of being arrested. Even though I don't own the car anymore it's not a good feeling seeing some scum use your car/hard work to cheat someone and at the same time it's kind of a sick compliment. I wonder if joshuadwright knows his user name has been stolen, I feel worse for him than I do for me. All Scammers Must Die....figuratively speaking that is. Rick

Re: Hay that was my Camaro "All scammers must die
- It's long overdue for eBay to get the accounts set up w/ both the 'Basic Password' and a 'Master Password'. .
The Basic one would be the one always used thus the only one open to hacking by fictitious emails etc. . If it ever does gets hacked, the Master would over-ride it and a fella' could get back in control of their account immediately upon knowing it's been hacked. . Of course Basic control of the account wouldn't allow the Master to be accessed or changed unless you know it to input first also it would be known that never would eBay or anyone else ask for or need to know the Master Password. . Lots more the eBay people could do too but I've never understood why they don't do this much anyway??? . ~ Pete
