'68 L89 Camaro
Anyone know this one? Crazy looking engine stamp and an affidavit from the original owner doesn't exactly inspire confidence, but I could be overly critical....
Gorgeous car though. Link to 1968 Camaro SS396 L89 For Sale |

An NCRS letter showing the original selling dealer matching the dealer mentioned in the owner affidavit would help. Hard to comment on the engine stamp with all the paint on the pad. The ebay ad is really short on details about the car which to me inspires less confidence, but as you said, a nice looking car.

I assume the statement about corvette bronze being only available on SS or Z is incorrect?

Pretty car. I wish people would do the entire option instead of part of it only. Z21 style trim (upper door trim) & spoilers (no emblem)...Joe

Car is not real. Restamp is very poor and you can clearly tell even with the paint over the stamp. NCRS report would make a big impression but we all know its not going to happen on this. And you could order a 6 cylinder in bronze.................
