Question Heater Core - Recommendation Needed

Looking for a manufacturer that produces heater cores that meet original quality specifications for 68 camaro. There are a lot of heater cores on the market but the quality is questionable.

Can anyone recommend a manufacturer/supplier?

If you still have your old one, I would get it recored if possible. If you don't have it, you may be able to find a used one and have it checked out or recored. That's the route I would go. Seems like everything is made in China nowadays.

X-2 I just had my Original LS-6 heater cor repaired @ Mel's Radiator in Melrose Park Illinois.

Has anyone purchased any heater cores from HBC, Year One, or Rick's Camaro? Not sure if the ones they sell have any fitment issues.

bought one at NAPA autoparts for my wifes 1970Z28. Fits well no issues.
