Default Searching for my 1969 Mach 1 CJ

This is likely a long shot but here goes; I recently stumbled upon an old Insurance Document dating back to 1972 regarding my 1969 Mach 1 Mustang.

It's been 45 years since I sold the car and I'm going to see if it's still 'alive' and if so, perhaps I would be able to own it for the second time. I purchased the car in 1970 from a Ford service rep who had installed adjustable 427 valve train, a dual point distributor and a few other mods that were popular at the time.

The VIN is: 9R02R130002. My old triple red Mach 1 had a 428 CJ engine, top loader, 3.50 diff, black shaker hood, black reflective stripes, no power steering, no fold down rear seat and no spoilers.

From the research I have done, the car was last registered in Saskatchewan back in 1996....then the trail goes cold due to privacy laws. I have recently established contact with the 'Mustang Guru' in Saskatchewan and joined a Canadian Mustang Club with the intention of picking up a lead or two....without success.

By the way, my insurance premium was $49.00 which included a sur charge because I was a underage.

Regards
Cal

Have you posted this over at the 428CJ forum? Those guys would be an excellent resource.

I can check with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.

I can never remember if they have access to the other provinces records or not??? No harm, especially as it could have come to Ontario.

If they have records you owe me 20 buck :-)

Sure that would be great, as long as they're trustworthy and won't scoop it out from under me. I've had that happen before...
