To me it reads as a cleverly worded ad. A Nickey sold small block car with an L-72 engine in it currently. Nice looking car and certainly would roast the tires nicely. :-)

I believe that's Mike Kaiser's car... I suspect Peoria is the origin of the car and AZ is it's current location.
