Default Pontiac T-37, and GT-37

What do you guys think of these and how is the market on them?
I know where a 71 T-37 has been sitting next to a shed for the last 17 years without an engine.
I read up on these some back when I was gung ho Pontiac and had a 69 GTO.

It will cost about the same to restore a Lemans as it will a GTO. GTOs and especially Ram Air cars are very saleable for a decent dollar. I don't think the same can be said for the various Lemans lines regardless of options.

T 37 is worth nothing and a GT 37 is worthy.. Not GTO worthy but worth saving..

OK, I don't know much about those cars, BUT I do know a guy who had one. It had BOTH emblems on it, T-37 and GT-37. He couldn't get ALL the same emblems, so had to sub. the others for the car. Never did find out the difference or what one was correct. The guy who owned it a while back is a friend. I do know it was a 1971 version T/GT-37. Car was/is BLACK on BLACK bench seat 4 speed car. Factory 455 HO with 4.11's. Car is GM Canada documented 1971 455 HO, M22, 4.11 12 bolt car. NICE CAR and different.

Been here for YEARS. The guy who has it now, bought it from the guy I know. I'm 41 now and he had it when I was 16.

I thought the only difference was the GT-37 had the GTO rear valance with cutouts for the exhaust.
T, and GT could be ordered with GTO powertrain options and even some options not available for the GTO. You gould get a coupe with the convertible frame. They came standard with rubber floors and bench seats since they were lighter.
