Default 1968 Firebird 350 H.O. Survivor

Listing for a good friend. This car is a real Survivor except the exhaust, carb and tires. This is a 350 H.O. with a Turbo 250 Automatic. This was a Pontiac Executive ordered car. Lots of Good options and documentation. This car will be next to my other cars also at MCACN Nov. 18th and 19th 2017 in the VIP Car Corral. My friends wife's father purchased the car when just a year or two old. It has been garage kept the entire time. It is absolutely original paint and cosmetics. Runs and drives awesome. Real nice survivor. Here are a few pics. Asking $28,900.

Are you sure it's not a Super Turbine 300 2sp? All I find on the TH250 is that it's a TH350 offshoot used in the mid 70s on Chevrolets.

Post th-250

The TH350 didn't appear until 1969...before that it was a TH400 or powerglide..

As has been stated, the TH 350 didn't appear until the '69 model year. The TH 250 is a decendent of the 350, using an externally adjustable band in place of an intermediate clutch pack (for 2nd gear). The 250 appeared about 1974.

The Super Turbine 300 is a two speed A/T based loosely on the TH400 and used in BOP applications until about the '69 model year. Having overhauled many of both forty some years ago I always felt the 300 was a better trans than Chevy's Powerglide.

Assuming this nice Firebird retains it's original trans, and it is a two speed, it should be an ST300. But then, many two speeds were upgraded to three speeds back then.
