That is true, the chrome L79 covers could work too.

The intake is a true L79 intake with a 3310 Holley, we will run an M20 4 hitter with it - unsure of the rear just yet, it currently has whatever gears came stock with a 250/275HP 327 and a PG....

Yep, tons of people ran the OEM chrome L-79 covers back in the 67-68 period.

Both of these styles should accommodate your roller rockers too.

I vote for the Edelbrock valve covers they look good.
How did the factory vent crankcase pressure in 67?

Yes it is. Edelbrock TM1 which became the Tarantula sbc intakes. They actually work really well to 7000 rpm but I went to the Crossram so this one will be available down the road. I think it was introduced in 70/71

I don't know if you found a set of valve covers yet, but there is a nice looking set of Pro Stock valve covers in this add on craigslist for $60. https://stlouis.craigslist.org/pts/d...698490698.html

Yes, we went with the curved script Edelbrock's like above - but since I'm always up for doubles on parts I hit the link anyway, and it's gone! They must have went quick!

The add may have expired. It's been up for a while, but I never thought to post it before. If it comes back up I'll post again. There were several parts for sale in that add, but the valve covers were the only thing that was really interesting. I only found it because I was looking for a 1850-1 carburetor and there was a Holley in the add for sale.
