What a loss. I'd be sick too. I read the comments and some folks really take things into wackadoo land.
Was that a real '69 Yenko in that collection ? |

The owner of those cars is a fantastic guy and a total car guy. Our Camaro Club did a garage tour back in the Summer and the building and collection are unreal. He also had an upper floor with some rare hockey memorabilia. He has some very rare one off stuff, a real shame. I am sure the Insurance company will pay out but some of those cars will be very hard to replace.
The '69 Yenko was not real, but the '69 White Z was.

Yes and it was stunning, all black...we saw the car in his collection and he even brought it out to the Camaro Club reunion show, won one of the top awards that day.
I am heartbroken for the owner of the collection, a really cool car guy and one of the nicest folks around. My understanding he was at BJ recently and not even back in town when the fire occurred.
