Arrow Hemmings Begins HemmingsPRO Auctions

Quote:
HemmingsPRO auctions offer everything you love about the convenience of online bidding, but with the safety, familiarity and due-diligence of your neighborhood auction house. We’ve partnered with Speed Digital to help make our auctions run smoothly, and we’re looking for your feedback as we continue in this new venture.

We’re kicking off our first auction with two all-time favorites: Camaros and Mustangs. What better way to launch this than with the classic rivalry that defined the Muscle Car era? We’ve assembled this collection with help from trusted classic car dealers you’ve seen in the pages of Hemmings Motor News for years. And there’s something for everyone: From carefully restored cars to modified muscle cars ready for street and strip, from first-gen Mustangs to late-model Camaros, we’ve worked with Speed Digital to curate this auction with a wide spectrum of vehicles to fit all our readers’ wants and desires. And rest-assured, every bid you make and auction you win is backed by a rock-solid vetting and fulfillment process.

Bidding in the first HemmingsPRO auction will close beginning at 8 p.m. EST this Friday, May 26. So take a look around, pick up your virtual paddle, and have fun. This is another great way to get the most out of the classic car hobby. Welcome to the HemmingsPRO auction!

The first two cars you can bid on are a 1969 Boss 429 and a 1969 Camaro COPO Clone

I like looking at Hemming's from time to time as you can at least weed out the dealers and focus more on private cars. I would think their auction listings would do very well and think it's a great idea.

Boss 9 is supposed to be black jade - pictures are awful! Seems like a good idea on the auctions though.

Hemmings is taking a page from BRING A TRAILER which has been very successful changing from a listing site to an auction site.
