I am guessing they are the same tape strip used on the doors, makes ?

DX1 stripe has always looked tuff to me! It's greatly overlooked these days and I think would look very cool combined with a Cowl Induction hood. I wouldn't even care if it's a non- factory combination!

I believe that the hood portion is the same as what is used on the 69 SS stripe used on the doors.

I remember seeing quite a few back in the day.I don't think the hood stripes were that wide.I could be wrong.To me it always signified a low powered car.They looked good though.
