If he changes that converter the "Flash" may need wheelie bars!! I think 10.50's to 70's is right where that car wants to be. Low maintenance, low expense makes it easier to win. YEAA!

Sam,he allready went 10.724 at 127.03 mph that day. I think a carb or some tuning could do it. Remember first time out too.

well the carb is too small... its starving for more. 90 jets and its still on the lean side. he went faster then a 72, but we'll let benny tell. lol

with more carb, some turning and timing. 30's-40's.
after that... caltracs, split springs and convertor.. bennys gonna a need a physical and comp lic. LOL

That car does NOT say B/MP on the sail panel for nothing ya know! I think Benny should sell a couple cars and build a REAL race car! I can see BBBenny running a SB in Comp eliminator. The heck with this bracket stuff. Go Benny Go! Go Benny Go! Its only money! Hey maybe he can campaign 2 cars like some of these other teams. Jed in the nova and Benny in the??????and Paul (Plowman) tuning both and Nuck N Futz senior pit crew. Yes, back to the future. Love it!

Sammy, sanctioned cars sounds like fun. He runs the big block and I run the small block. It could have Lehighton Blumbing on the door and "His Apprentice" on the quarter. I doubt that my long Polish lastname would fit on the door windows, so it would most likely have to go it the rear window.

JED-I on the quarters!! Engine by Pete's Automotive on the front fenders and tuned by Plowman Performance, Glenside, Pa. on the trunk lid or bottom of the doors. Hows that?

There ya go. Return of the Jed-I on the quarter would work.

Impressive. I love the shot of you going to the line with the Ford. Looks period correct.
I think he's doin great right where he is. He told me this morning that they have a 5k to win race next week off the foot brake. If you can stay outta the electronics classes, and just run your dial in, and have fun, it's a good day.
Goin to the semis on a new setup 1st time out is a very good day.
