There's something really honest about this car - it reminds me of the cars I used to see for sale in the early 1990s - used and enjoyed, but not used up. Sure, this one is NOM but the GM Canada docs are a nice touch, and the original M22 and 3.73 12-bolt are still there.

I guess it's refreshing seeing a valuable car that hasn't been resprayed and fluffed. This would be one heck of a daily driver.

Indeed. That would make for a very nice weekend cruiser.

Love to see a nice early 2nd gens that still have the one piece full bumper. Way too many have been swapped out to split bumpers, and even worse, they leave off the middle grill extension, ugh.

Yup -- totally agree ... when I bought my new 70 1/2 Z car it had the one piece on it ... still like that look. TAZ

Nice car and right color too.... Vintage wood steering wheel is cool too!

Like a cowl hood on a 69Z. Very refreshing to see one without it!

Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments, this is my car I have listed for sale. It really is a cool car. I don't believe in fluffing a car, not to mention this car has a cool history and I did not want to cover that up. Neat back story, I bought the car last summer (June) off the 3rd owner who had the car since 1979. Hoping the next owner will enjoy the car as a weekend driver or restore it, I personally like to just drive 'em.

Buddy, we have not connected in a while...now you need to buy a Blue '70Z to keep consistent with our BB'69Z and Green '70Z's, lol

Here is a link with more history and pics of the car, E-Bay did not allow me to post any external links.

The way MY 70 Z project is going, I should just buy this one and call it a day! It would be cheaper and waaaay faster!

I do not know the seller personally, but have exchanged messages through the NastyZ28.com forum where he is an active member. Sonny seems to be a very stand-up guy and I am sure would be happy to discuss/divulge any details about the car to anyone interested.
