Cool car, Tim. It was sold right down the road from me and lived in Austin. I spoke with a good friend in Milwaukee today and it sounds like you've had plenty of time this winter to work on a project if your garage is heated.

Moving along.............................

Measured up for wheels

Front 18x8
Rear 18x10

Wheel of choice.........................

And now building the exhaust. I wanted the tail pipes to go over the axle. It's going to be tight, but it will fit and work.....

I will be able to fit the tail pipes between the frame rails and the fuel tank to hide them the way I wanted to.

Wow, some beautiful work there, and a really cool car. Can't wait to see more.

Why is the exhaust rigid welded to the frame? Me thinks that is going to crack the hanger welds after some driving
