Rear brake clamp
On a 69 camaro was this used for the fuel line or the brake line IF SO WHERE IS THE LOCATION

On Nova's there is one on the fuel line just ahead of the right front spring eye where the line cuts across from the inside rear frame rail over to the rocker flange.

So not used on the drivers side brake line in front of the spring eye there is one on my 68 unrestored z ?

NOPE just pass side whether there is one line or two has the same clip
