The other 68 Yenko sold for 450k, while the 5,500 mile HO 69 Yenko NS at 230k.

Gotta understand the history of the cars I guess?

This is what auctions are all about. The blue one that hammered at 600K was simply a battle between two guys that wanted the same car. Amazing.

I'm curious, is that typical that 68 Yenko Camaros sell for a lot more than 69's?
I thought the majority of people prefer 69 Camaros?
Any specific reasons the blue car went for so much more than the red car?

I don't know why the two bidders went after this particular one, other than its a very good Yenko, but one of the previous owners chased down the history of the car back to the original owners, which many others do not have.
