Default Not so American, American cars

Many of us try to buy American, but several foreign cars are more American made than these 3 Chevys.

Why would it surprise anyone that the rebadged Australian Holded Chevy SS and Caprice don't have much American content? I don't think GM keeps it a secret that they are importing these from Australia.

No surprise on the Chevy SS, but I wouldn't expect the Caprice.

My thoughts exactly... This should not be a shock.

The majority of the individual components such as dash assemblies are made in Mexico. I have scores of people exporting them daily to the US factories.
