These pictures were taken of the hauler before the grill was changed and the bed was painted. The quality of the pictures is poor because they are pictures of pictures in order to get them small enough to load to this site.

It does ride very comfortably loaded, it isn't quite so smooth empty but it really isn't bad either. When I hauled the 57 150 and towed the other 150 to Bowling Green it got 9 mpg to move two cars.

i had a 1996 chevy like this years back. there is nothing at all like sliding out the ramps, driving up, cranking the chains and driving off in about 5-10 minutes flat. my wife even felt good driving it once on the highway but would otherwise never drive with a trailer. These things cruise 90 mph without a hiccup and you barely know a car is on back. I will say thet the hodges paint on their beds is very sparse and they don't treat the underside at all from new and that is why they usually rot out soo bad up here. I can tell this one is nice. Good luck with the sale

I just got back from a trip to Dallas Texas with this truck and it performed flawlessly over the 1700 mile trip. I will be attending Mecum Indy as a spectator and you can haul your new found treasure home on it.

The truck is sold after the eBay ad, its going to Washington State. I told him he needs to buy a car in the area because it rides better with a car on it and he has 2500 miles to go.
