Very nice and a clean job site too!

Why the flat roof over a pitched one? Don't you have to carry increased loads for rain water?

Hi Sam, still have the deuce so it will be in there for sure.

The Boss. The flat roof is for several reasons. First, the primary residence is next to this large building and I didn't want it to be a larger focal point on the lot so believe it or not, this building is shorter. Second, I have the idea to run a solar array on the roof to run AC and power needs so hopefully keep the utility bills down some. This is a basic commercial style roof which should hold up pretty nicely and keep the rain off of the occupancy just fine.

Thanks for the nice comments!

Well it's gonna be a nice box...that's for sure. Hope you have plans to add some gas pumps between those canopy pillars?

Things are coming along nicely there.
