Me too! Correct rubber for that "radial tuned suspension" would really set this car off. 4Spd and no A/C is a plus (for me anyway).

What's up with the rattle can job under the hood? Looks like the upper radiator hose, vacuum lines and spark plug wires were over sprayed the wrong color blue engine paint.

No rattle cans here - but get a load of his asking. Tons of NOS used.

no bandits in 76..lol

just an anniversary car..

i found an identical one, 455 w 4 spd...it scooted pretty good...in around 90...i thought $600 was just too much for a firebird.....the paint still shined, good tires..only complaint i had was the headliner was sagging.....i always said, i should have bought THAT car..always

Oohhh but The Bandit WAS a '76 Anniversary car - dressed as a '77. The '77s were not available but Pontiac wanted to show off their new design for the nose and wheels for fall when the cars went on sale (movie was shot in production June, July '76). Note honeycomb wheels and 1976 interior door panels.

And yeah, you should have bought that car!
