Default 1969 Z28 Restoration

William (10/10RSZ) and I picked this car up from Tony Nausieda (SCUNCIO) a while back… We are finally getting around to getting it well on the way to being completed.
Here are a few details…
1969 Z28 Lemans Blue and Black
Early Production 10D
Non style trim, Rear antenna, console,
51 k miles, Born with DZ Engine M20 Trans and BV 4.10 rear, original interior except package tray and carpet and all glass except front.

2 owner car before restoration began.
2nd owner continues to be employed as a mechanic at the same Ford Dealership since he bought it in 1970. (Ford motor Credit financed the car) After running into a ditch in 1973 he purchased a grille, Lower Valence and then parked it in his garage.

Coming out of the hibernation…

Ordered with Rear Ant and Spoiler… The Ant option took precedence so when the car came in the owner had the dealer add a spoiler.

Making the body as slick as possible is what I enjoy... I can look at a mirror like reflection in paint for hours on end...
