I've also got a whole set of these. Small Hurst or someone wanted to see the dates on the tires. I don't know what the date is, so maybe I got a picture of it.

Great picture
We ran the same rim on our 69 Cutlass.
The rim came with a aluminum center cap that was installed from the back of the wheel.
They were not a common wheel as they did not have a step.
