Default Quality customer service

I own an auto parts store, this business is tough, very cut throat. To offer customer service like this is awesome. I had ordered bumper brackets for my 70 chevelle and the had them incorrectly stocked and they sent me 71-72 brackets. This is the response i recieved from Rock Auto customer service......

I just wanted to quickly follow up with you on this. I verified with the inventory specialist that the supplier did send the wrong units, which was then sent to you. The parts you have do fit a 1971-1972 Chevelle and we will get you a full refund on these WITHOUT requiring a return. We will email you as soon as this has been issued and you can feel free to dispose of the parts however you see fit.

Rockauto is really good at their customer service. I had a similar occurrence recently with an alternator for our 2001 Trans Am. The pulley nut loosened after a few miles and it ruined the front bearing on a new AC/Delco alternator. They shipped me a new one that got here in two days and told me to keep the defective one.

I ordered a new radiator for the Suburban and it came damaged even though the box was undamaged. It looked to be damaged during initial construction with several tubes nicked in a straight line. I found the defects when I unpackaged it. I took photos and sealed it back in the box and then called customer service. I got the return authorization and shipping label from their site and then went back into town to drop it off. They shipped the new radiator out the moment UPS showed that I had dropped the previous one off at the UPS store. The new one got here in one day.
