Default 515 regulator restoration

Who is doing quality restoration of 515 voltage regulators? First time I've needed this service since Pirkle quit.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations!! - Bill W

Has anyone used Precision power for voltage regulator restoration?

Bill - are you looking for a restoration of the original electro-mechanical voltage regulator or have the coils and contacts replaced with modern solid state internals? Another member here had his 515 VR restored using solid state internals by Bill Caldwell in CT...I saw pics and looks fantastic and Bill even retained the external wire wound resistors on the back of the regulator. I just sent two of my 515s to Bill and can't wait to get them back.

Dan S. responded to my original post nearly a year ago and got this handled for me, original electro-mechanical.

THANKS to ALL who have posted, it's great to know there are options for these services that come highly recommended!!
