Entry fee for eligible Supercars: (no additional fee for multiple car)  $100

( Includes: commemorative plaque, indoor parking, and family pass for Saturday's show.)

1. It will be the sole discretion of the YENKO SPORTSCAR CLUB in determining what cars are eligible to participate. Any entries not accepted will be returned to sender.
2. All Supercar entries are due by August 15th, 2008. Entries received after this date may not be accepted.
3. Move-in for the indoor show will be Friday, 5:00pm-6:30pm ONLY, unless prior arrangements have been made. Once in place, cars will remain indoors until the show concludes at 5:00pm Saturday, at which time ALL cars will need to exit the building.
4. Cars racing will be inspected for safety (NHRA) before being allowed to race. Long pants, closed toe shoes and short or long sleeves required, and bring a helmet! A radiator catch can as well as a driveshaft loop are also recommended.
5. Admission to the track will be $10.00 at the gate.
6. Admission to the indoor show on Saturday will be $10.00 per person.
7. Tech cards, which are required to race, will be available on Friday at the track, $20.00 for sYc members, $50.00 for non-members.
8. Participation at the track limited to Supercars, era race cars (all makes), and special interest cars (all makes). For more information, contact the sYc.
9. The YENKO SPORTSCAR CLUB and its members, the Gateway Center, and Gateway International Raceway assume no responsibility for damage to cars and/or property or for any injury to any persons during the event. The YENKO SPORTSCAR CLUB may take and/or allow outside sources to take pictures of the cars and/or use information about the cars for future use, and any use of pictures and/or information taken during the Supercar Reunion by anyone other than the YENKO SPORTSCAR CLUB must have approval.
