Since it to cold to work in the shop i been reading all my old Hi-performance CARS magazines ..This story is from June 71 Heavy is a racer ex-street racer from Brooklyn NY ...Call the race team The Wild Pumpkins (Almost all his the cars/trucks were Orange... One of the cars is said to be a Dick Harrell 70 1/2 camaro. Story does not say if it's a Big Block or Small Block ..Car had a dark red plexiglass hood scoop /orange body and black top
Does anyone know more about this car or and of Heavy other cars?66 chevelle 396 4speed /hemi dart 4 speed /69 427 camaro 4 speed /68 pro stock camaro (his only green car )

Could it be "related" to the two cars,Brooklyn Heavy and London Heavy ? They were shipped to this side of the pond.

I do believe that 2 of Heavys Mopars went to England or in that area.

The whiskey King Bell´s son brought both cars to England, but Brooklyn Heavy was later shipped to Sweden. I believe I found the picture in www.race68.com

Anybody else think the way that Camaro sits is awesome. Those rear rims and tires are really stuffed in there. Looks sinister! I wish that picture was color.

Granted there is a lot of room in the rear wells of a second gen Camaro, do you think he is running a Ford 9 inch/Dana 60 or even shortened GM housing in that the Camaro?
