I contact MK and it took them weeks to get back to me. Was told they would figure out a quote and get back to me. I never heard fom them again... I have a few vintage race cars that are vintage road racers so maybe that was hard for them to quote. But still not handled well

I called you back in March when you were down in Florida, to get the info to quote, I called you again the following week and left a message, I also followed up with an email and never received a response from you. I could not prepare a quote without the necessary info on your vehicles. Tami, that's a good record of follow-ups. Keep that up ... I am sure he just felt neglected. You need the correct info to give a good quote...and I'm sure he will be happy with your quote.

HHmmm don't remember it that way but that is OK.Email could have ended up in the spam folder and cell phones are not reliable so anything is possible. I appreciate the post. Haggerty had to inspect my wharehouse because of the coverage and gave it the thumbs up. I am going to stay with them for a while since they sent an inspector out to my place. Wouldn't feel right cancelling to save a few bucks after they made that effort. I will check back with you next year though and we can try it again. Thanks

I'll let you know when a vendor is sub-par. But I think it is equally important to praise a GOOD supplier. MK and Tami treated me right from the time I first sent a check to the time I cancelled a large policy some months ago.
Always excellent communication and response. First class, service oriented outfit all the way.

Tami just ran a quote for me a week or so ago. Took her a whole 10 minutes to call me back.. Always easy.

Tami has been my source for 11 years. Never a hitch, and, recently a surprise that I've never experienced with any other insurance company, I got a significant reduction in my premium rate. She & her company are first rate!
