Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009
Golf outing at nearby golf course
Meet 'n' Greet @ host hotel (Holiday Inn @ Collinsville,IL)
A "pre-show" show & cruise-in, complete with refreshments and lots of cool cars!
Friday, Sept. 4, 2009
Drag Racing @ Gateway International:
Gates open at 8am
Racing from 10am until 3:00pm
Move in at Gateway Center 3:30pm until 5:00pm [be there ASAP!]
6:00pm- pre-banquet get together w/cash bar
7:00pm- banquet
8:00pm- charity auction
10:00pm-midnight- viewing of Supercars
Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009
Indoor Supercar Show & Outdoor Musclecar Show @ Gateway Center:
Doors open to public from 9am to 4pm
Cars need to be out of building Saturday evening
Admission to the track on Friday will be $10.00, and anyone wishing to make a pass down the track will need a tech card, which this year will be $20.00 for sYc (paid) members and $50.00 for non-members. Also, everyone PLEASE bring a helmet, wear long pants and full shoes. Gateway will not allow pass you in tech if you are wearing shorts, and or sandal,flip flops etc. They require a helmet for 13.99 or quicker, and a good idea for all drivers.
Back by popular demand will be a bracket race, for pre-1985 cars, plus an interesting shootout or two.
PLEASE, no cloned supercars at the track, but are welcome to show outdoors with the Gateway Camaro Club on Saturday.
NOTE: As in the past, there will quite a bit of media coverage of not only the event, but of several cars attending. To insure that information published is accurate as possible, I would strongly urge all attendees to take a few minutes and type up something containing all of the pertinent information about you and your car(s). Make several copies and have them with your car. That way, when your car is being photographed, all you have to do is hand them this sheet.

OK...here is the deal with the ??? marks behind Grady Burch's name.
He is not sure what to bring  The COPO 69 Chevelle that was there last year, or his 8400 mi. Burgandy 69 L78, M21, Taxi Cab interior Nova. Some of you saw it at the Nov. Vettefest.
So what's it going to be guys
