Steve Kanuika of Steve kanuika speedshops/Jungle Jim lieberman fame.. Passed away sunday in phila pa..after complications from heart surgery.. he was a family friend and he will be missed i spoke to him a week ago....and i am speachless. cheapst. Spent many late nights there when I was in my late teens with a guy by the name of Sonny Grove who always had a new Corvette while his brother Dennis always drove the "leftover" I remember going out there on Route 202 after we left the Rootbeer stand on the Conchester Highway when Dennis had his orange L88 with a turbo 400. Steve couldn't believe his eyes! What a nice guy too!
