The car sold at BJ was a Yenko sold Corvette. The Corvette was given to Michael Summers who drove the Best Photo sponsored Yenko '66 L72/M22 Corvette (1 of 15). It does not have the original motor but it is a tank sticker documented 435 car. There are hundreds of original photos of the two cars together since the prime sponsor was a photography company.
The car was certainly not as fresh as when it was completed by Nabers Motors. It was owned by a collector in Dallas and he's the one that had it restored. His cars are always stunning and he's owned (and owns) some amazing stuff. I was a bit disappointed in it's condition when I saw it in Phoenix in January. It looks like it has been driven, that's OK, but it was not at all crisp. Had blue streak radials on it for driving.
