I found these pics in a Swedish magazine from the mid seventies. I believe someone bought parts, possibly from Motion, and built his own Manta Ray. The sidevents in the front fenders are not typically Motion. Any thoughts ?
I´m just waiting for the first Motion or Baldwin-Motion car to be found in Sweden, since so many New York hi-perf cars were sent here, but I guess I´ll have to wait a little longer.

Another Motion-related Corvette. This one is said to have a Motion-built engine.

That interior doesn't look like any '69 'Vette I've ever seen.

In the seventies Motion had a dealer in Sweden, Musclecars in Malmö. I have never heard if they sold any cars or parts.

I wonder if the photo of another cars interior was accidently included in that article. Looks almost like an early Chevelle dash.

------Anders,,,The side scoops are 67 corvette style. They may have been right out of a 67 fender and been grafted into the fender pictured. I have seen it done before.....Bill S

Yes I guess they accidently used the wrong picture.
Here is a Mako Shark Corvette in 1983 built from a Motion kit. They ordered it in 1978 and didn´t get it until 1½ year later. It fit terrible so he hade to make a lot of small changes. The author believed there were two more in Sweden and two in Norway, built before this one.

Here is another Mako-kit in 1983 owned by mr Dragracing-the-Corvette, Jan "Juan" Johansson. He used to dragrace his Corvette with a L-88, but also had a ZL-1 motor.

And here is another one in Norrköping in 1983 with the headlight conversion. There were no pictures of the rear.

Could this one and the one from the first posting be the same car? They both appear to have '67 side gills, Maco rear clips and the exposed headlights.

Dave I was going to say no because of the different hood and I didn´t think the rear was the same, but you are right. The licencenumber is the same !
