Is this a re-stamp 1111499?
The latest dated 1111499 that I have found was dated 9D28.
I have seen 1112000 distributors with 9GXX dates, which are still in original owners cars.
Wasn’t the 1111499 replaced by the 1112000 in early July of 69?

I thought it was a restamp.
I checked my 499 last night and the "9"s had two different fonts like the one you pictured.
