Not a Supercar but still very cool!

2004 Impala SS IRL/ Indy 500 Track Official Car - the actual car used during the race for high speed track use. One-off GM Engineering modified and prepped Supercharged Impala SS. Many trick items and great history. More details in eBay listing below:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayIS...E:IT&ih=001 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=110286101741&ssPa geName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=001)

4,300 original miles. Still on GM title. Perfect daily driver or collectible piece of IRL history!

Includes SYC celebrity history as it was driven by Sixties Muscle and has chaufered Stefano around as well http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

BIN on eBay is $21,500 - price for paid SYC member only is $17,500 for quick sale. Where will you find something else this cool for that kind of scratch? Added bonus - the strobe lights clear slow moving traffic from the left lane in a hurry. Reduce your road rage and live longer http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Any questions my email and phone are in eBay listing.

Thanks for looking!

((Shameless bump))

Just over 1 day left in the eBay auction - I'm sure somebody needs an awesome daily driver that is also a 1 of 1 GM Engineering built skunk works car??

Priced at less than KBB values a 4k mile car without the IRL and GM history, not to mention all the one-off stuff. This car should go 200k miles the way they built it - huge engine and trans oil coolers, hand assembled, etc.

All 3 bidders are SYC members so this is also a good chance to tick off 3 of your buddies with a few clicks of your mouse http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Follow the eBay link and check it out if you haven't yet...

That sounds like an warranty. "This car should go 200k miles...."

What a cool piece of Indy History. Does the Officials Map you found in the car come with the sale.

Doesn't everybody offer 200k mile warranties? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Kidding aside, if somebody wanted it I can get the car GM Certified and get the GM Certified Warranty put on it for dealer cost - which isn't much, under $1k. My buddy owns 12 Chevy dealerships (new car stores) and would be happy to run it through certification at his store and then retail the car to the new owner.

And YES, the IRL Official Track Maps that were in the seat pockets AND the special GM Bowtie show car license plate are included with the sale!

This would make a great Nickey Chicago Courtesy vehicle! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
