If you read the whole thread, it tells you how he met Foose at the hardware store and invited back to look at his cars.

Evidently some type of GM accessory hubcap http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif Charley was the first one to notice them, and he seems to indicate that they are valuable http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif I wouldn't care how rare or valuable they might be - to me they're just butt ugly and they'd never be on any car I would own!
Definitely a http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif car though.....

NOS sets of these caps will occassionally come up on ebay. They don't seem to generate much interest there.

I didn't say they were valuable, just cool Chevrolet pieces. Really cool after I saw the pic with it drag racing with them.

That and Velcro shoes.
Here's a neat flyer I found years ago, along with some other things from Thompson Chevrolets' Parts Dept. here in VP,just before they became Larry Roesch Chevrolet.
It came in an envelope labeled "For 1969-70 Chevelle-Nova & 1969 Camaro only".

Local junk yard had 12 sets of them in the 90s and I got 4 sets of them. They made them in 5 on 5 pattern too.
