Looking for a 1969 Rallye Green Z28 preferrably with white interior and white stripes, would consider black if the car is solid. I would prefer a car that could be an easy restoration or already done, vinyl top is ok also, Kevin, 336 215 0876.

Would take that car over Black in 30seconds..
Plymouth has a color like the Rallye green and has always been my Top Flavor. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headbang.gif

Kevin, the Ga car I pm'd you about is not for sale. He changed his mind overnight http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif.
www.americanstreetmachines.com (http://www.americanstreetmachines.com) has one listed for around 60K & it's a Canadian doc'd car. I understand that it's just been freshened up & looks better than the pics on the site. Call Todd direct at 404 314 7111

Thanks for all of the leads guys. I found one on my own and got 2 good leads. I don't own a Rallye Green car right now, my favorite color, second only to Gold!!! I don't want to put the money into a Copo or Yenko and Z28's are affordable, and i can drive it, and enjoy it. I will never get my Nova back, but, decided after gathering a solid 69 Nova body, 427, Muncie, 12 bolt, and all the right stuff, i would still have a clone. So, i decided to go after the real deal and have the color i want, a car i can drive, and it be real.

I can't afford the asking price i was told $600k-$650k. I don't think it will bring that kind of money after the Yenko Nova speculation that's gone on with some of the others out there as you stated. That one is the REAL DEAL though. I would do whatever i had to, almost, to get it back at $300k though. No disrespect meant to the owners of the verifyable ones. The Gold Yenko Camaro is in the paint booth now, motor and chassis are done. It should be completed early next year. Hassett's Monaco Orange Chevelle just won "Best of Show" and Chuck is doing the Gold Camaro as well. He just finished the Ram Air IV TA.

Hey Kevin

What was the Yenko Camaro's selling for back then, when you sold it? If Yenko Camaro's are selling for $325-400K, whats the % difference to a Yenko Nova.. If I remember right, they were selling for $175K+.
Its pretty wild how the Yenko Camaro's are holding their prices for quite awhile and the Hemi Cuda got out of hand. Real hard car to move lately. Check out the prices of L88's !!
To me the Yenko Nova 427 are the Holly Grail's of the Chevy's..

Just my 5 cents !! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif

I know that Gold Yenko wont be cheap ! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif

You need to be able to prove it is a 427 other than people saying it was.

The black 67 Yenko Camaro sold at Mecum May 2008 for $480K, according to their web site.

The 67 Yenko Camaro sold light in my eye's and the buyer got a GREAT DEAL..
Im told their is paperwok if someone wants to step up and pay,the owner doesnt need to pay cause he knows its a real converted car.

Marlin would probably have more info on this but my understanding is there is nothing from Yenko saying 427 on most of the Nova's. I think they deduce 427 based on some engine credit on paperwork. That is different than having a shipper copy on a copo where the work was done at Chevrolet or a Yenko window sticker that states 427.

I have been told Vince has given his blessing and Vince has said it to be one of finest..
I guess there is a new authority to Yenko Nova 427's out there ??

Nobody really knows what paperwork exists on the '69 Novas, as Vince has most of it, but what he has seems to be "right on", as per 369/427.

We may not like his methods, or price, butas far as i konw, Vince has never missed when stating what was a 427 car and what was not, either Nova, Camaro or Chevelle.

Some of Vince's paperwork shows the price of the car.
It is a big jump for a 427 car vs a 396

I thought the black 67 had paperwork.
There was a magazine article on the black 67 Yenko and they showed pictures of Yenko paperwork.

Let me make this perfectly clear, there is no question as to the authenticity of the Rallye Green 69 Yenko Nova. The car had a build sheet(although doesn't state Yenko converted), a letter from Vince Emme, as he is the one to know on these cars. That car is the Holy Grail of Yenko's in my mind, also any other real ones, Tom Clary's or whomever own's one. I just happen to be partial to the color on Greg Joseph's. People would walk around every color there was at any car show i ever took the 69 Nova to , to see it. It was and still is an eyeball full of car. I don't even have a close second in my mind other than the Gold Camaro i am doing now. I just wish i had $600k laying around.

A lot of other people wish they had $600,000 laying around too! I think I would rather buy one of my kids a nice house though! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

The people that buy these car already bought their kids houses or already have money put away for there future..
