I'm not surprised, but it's amazing how many individuals never put their house in order or preserve their assets before their final countdown. I've seen it more than once. No will equals lots of hard feelings along with the fighting. The wife and I go tomorrow morning to sign all the final paperwork for our trust fund. I think that a trust is better than a will. It should keep my scoundrel brothers away from my stuff when I'm dead anyway.
