That is just sad. We have three trucks/trailers on the road right now headed to Vegas for BJ. The guys have opted to sleep in the trucks just because of this very thing. Good luck to you, I truly hope you get your rig and cars back.

The internet is a very helpfull tool in situations like this. I think pictures would greatly help you in your search. Forgive me if you have posted them, but I haven't seen any yet. Pictures speak volumes!!! Get them out everywhere!!!

Is there any way to notify customs in case these cars are leaving the country in one piece? Are outbound containers even checked? Any national agency interested in classic car theft or just the local PD ?
This really sucks. I would agree with posting VIN and pics.
Good luck. I hope the thieves meet justice in a back alley. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif

I had a friend who had his Nova stolen a few years back. It had been his Moms since new and he used it as a driver. Almost two years after it was stolen he received a notice that it was going to auction because he never picked it up from the impound yard it had been in since the thieves left it illegally parked. He was never notified, sad that the impounders and the stolen car coppers didn't speak. It had been outside with a busted window for almost two years. He didn't bother taking it home. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif
I hope your truck is in better shape and the cars are found soon.

I guess I will have to take down the 50 k reward, Thank you for the help everyone
Why?.. did you get the two cars & trailer back?
I would leave the reward out there.
Is there a reason someone would cut the seat like that?

If these guys are sub human enough to steel a whole rig, don't you think they would be big enough A *&%$'s to do this too ?
It would be nice to have cought these people in the act, and taken them on a little cruise in the country. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Most Police Stations have security cameras. There may be some good shots of who dropped the truck off?

Is it just me, or does something seem fishy here. What kind of theif drives a stolen vehicle around the police station, much less drop it off there? Why risk being seen or caught on video. Seems to me they would be avoiding the cops like the plague. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif
Just a question You said the trucks OK how did they start it ?????? and did it have Onstar ??? Jim

I was wondering that myself. The funny part they parked my truck in the police stations parking lot. Tell me that doesn't take guts..

The truck did not have onstar. The police is District 10 in Chicago no cameras in there lot.
...so ...did you get everything back in tact?

You guys should consider setting up a sting at some of the shows then the robbers won't know if a sting is present or not.
