I have renewed my search for the following:
- 69 Firebird RA III
- coupe or conv

I would also broaden my search for a 70-72 should the right car come along.
Thank you...Jeff

A close friend of mine had one in high school just like the one in the photo, yellow with black interior. That thing would give me a run for my $$$$$$ when I was in my Vette. Nice choice.

I have fallen in love with the Trans Am's. I have a 40k original miles 69 TA almost done (furnished by GTO DON) and just finished the 1970 TA Ram Air IV, 1 of 88, how cool! You just don't see a lot of the 69 TA's out there. They are way cool. Of course i absolutley love the 70 RAM AIR IV, 4 speed, both white like the picture above.

-------Maybe a trade on a Vette??? I cant see the hood tach on the build sheet. Can anyone else??? I have a soft spot for 69 400s as I had a very nice coupe back at Classic Motors foe a driver a long time ago, and I like this car,,,,,A lot!!! It would really look nice next to my 69SJ Grand Prix.........Bill S

It looks like a nice car but I can tell you this much Jeff. According to the PHS the wood wheel, rally gauges, hood tach,am-fm radio and the rally II wheels have all been added. Theres also no way that car has only 4000 miles on it. I saw it in Hemmings this month also. I think for 50k you can buy one where they didnt add all the options too!

Maybe 4000 since resto? Why would you restore a car with 4000 miles?!! ( don't answer that )

Jeff,
This is the same car that recently sold at Barrett Jackson Las Vegas for around $36K, a great price I thought. Its an older restoration, but nicely done. I saw this car in person at the 1993 P.O.C.I. convention in Irvine, CA. The car looked to be a fresh restoration at that time. As stated, it does have some added equipment which may make a difference to some, but still a very nice car.
