I.D. on BBC

I have this BBC with this number on the front pad TI2I0IVR with F.F.79 beside it. The back pad reads 8855931 from what I can make out(still in car, not original to car). Can anyone tell me the year and what it came out of?

Check the casting number again. The IVR code is for a 1965-68 396/325hp with a Rochester carb.

Like 427.060 said, check the casting number again. It's likely 3855961. Pad date Dec 10 1965 for 66 production full size or Chevelle. The F.F. 79 is likely a rebuilders stamp. Does it have a VIN stamped there? Also check the date casting on the block in front of the starter near the frost plug.
