I've seen real/NOS ones sell in the neighborhood of $250.00 for a set.. Although it depends on the vintage of bulb.. They generally are higher priced if they are muscle car vintage late 60s early 70s.. E-bay has quite a few on now.. I have a real T-3 headlight, used but in great condition for a 2 headlight system.. I can post a picture of it if your interested. Lectric Limited has some very nice repro ones..

Chuck, get a hold of Pacecar Jeff in Florida. He repops some real nice ones. He also knows how to tell early ones from later ones in the T-3's. Like knowing the differences between the 55 Chevies and the 69 camaros. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Chuck, I also had the incorrect T-3 headlights in my 70 Nova until recently due to the fact that the correct 70 style with the vertical lines in the triangle of the T-3 are finally being repoped..

I bought those thru Lectric Limited. The ones I had in the car were the 57 Chevy style T-3 which were all that were being re-poped at the time. I sold them used on E-Bay and got I believe $45.00 bucks for the pair.. They were in excelllent shape. I bought them from Lectric Limited and had them in the car for about 8 yrs...

The repro ones are much brighter than the originals and I would trust them more in the car than relying on old ones when cruisin at night....

Chuck, I have 3 sheets I printed from yenko.net back in 10/20/2002, headlamp usage T3 ID'ing. THe .PDF obscures the complete address. I will scan them as .pdf and send them to you via the E-mail. Covers T3 1953-1971
This should help ID the year

Chuck, I thought they all used the T-3 until late in 71 into 72 and then switched to the power beams.. But I could be wrong.. Joe is right, NOVAS definately used the T-3 in 70.. Just not 100% on the camaro...

Chuck,

Not sure if this help's with your "value" question, but I paid about $125 +/- a number of year's ago for a pair of Power Beam's for my '70 Z28. Then I got a 2nd pair for about $60. Both Ebay.
