Documented 1966 427 Smokey Yunick built 427 engine with letter of authenticity by the family. This 1966 427 engine has the very rare (1 of 4) built experimental 299 intakes that Smokey engineered. An explanation of this engine iis in an article written by Bob Mcclurg on the 1966 Dana Chevelle that was found. This is the real deal, authenticated, documented, and verified. I have the engine specs, but, will not reveal them to anyone but the buyer. I have receipts and the engine comes with a framed original letter of authenticity. Don't miss a rare chance to have a conversation piece or install it in a car and watch the value escalate. I can be reached at 336 215 0876, Greensboro, NC.

Why not reveal any specs? I am sure someone would want to know what is done to the engine before dropping 40K on it.

The engine was built by Smokey Yunick himself. The engine was disassembled and gone back through in February 2006.The block has his initials on it (H.Yunick) but you can barely see his name in the pictures. The person buying will be able to see it when they pick it up or when it is shipped. Rest assured it is the real deal stamped H. Yunick, heads are the same, and if you are aware of the 299 intake, then you know who did them for Chevrolet. There were supposedly only 4 set's (experimental) ever made. Here are some of the specs:
