These pics are Courtesy of the Bob Ashton Collection.
If you look close you can see what looks like a Nickey Camaro Race car http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Notice That Ronnie Kaplan Engineering (RKE) built the engine for this Gasser. Ronnie is the Bill Thomas/Smokey Yunick of the Midwest.

Nickey hired him in 1958 to be the Crew Chief of the dealership's road race cars.

You can also make out the Nickey Chicago/Bill Thomas Display in the back ground. Nickey was very active promoting their Conversion cars from 1966 until 1977.

Here is a cool pic. CT Engineering á.k.a Chick Thatcher. He also sponsored 'Psycho Too' the 1963 Nickey Sold Nova/ Vintage Gasser.

If you look close you can see a 1968 Nickey Camaro in the back ground.

Cool Pic. I have that one too. A friend gave it to me. Who has the original? That is a young Don Swiatek across the table, selling 1967 Nickey Conversion Cars.

That lighting looks like Detroit Cobo Hall. Look at the reflection in Little Joe's Nova...
