I had a pair of those a few years ago but the stripes on mine were red, white and blue. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
They followed the dual stripe tires during the "78 series" era and didn't last very long. Usually denoted a so-called 'ultra-premium' tire. Kelly Springfield built quiet a few of them in their private brand tires such as the Multi-Mile Riviera.

I remember Kelly Freedom Riders! Funny.
I'm pretty sure they came along well after bellbottoms and Blue Streaks.
