Any opinions ? I have heard of a few VN COPO's but it always seems like there is some story or in the end they don't check out

That would be one very early COPO 9561 Camaro based on that pad date.

I could not see any broach marks in the pic, plus T's (not I's)were substituted for the 1's. I's yes, T's no. I would be very suspect.

OTC 077 heads, OTC Holley carb, OTC Chevelle style air cleaner ring, non smog ex manifolds. Looks like a put together top end. That's not really uncommon in this area though. If the car came from Elkhart and was raced all its life, it must have been raced out of the area, cause I don't remember seeing it, or it may have had a color change along the way. Anyone got a name on the seller?

If I recall my discussions with ED C years ago, At that time he indicated only one known LA COPO. Is this the one?

In what I believe is the first COPO Connection source book, Ed C. listed L661680.

July 69 end of month LOS VIN 531163 none after that so the 661680 should be a NOR VIN

He never posted any solid data on the car. Did anyone get a copy of the trim tag?
From the Q&A:
Build date is 01C, the block date is L 8 8, rear end is BE 1128G? (can't makeout the last digit) and there is an E under that. The trim tag reads: ST 69 12437 VN239XXX BDY TR 712 79 79 PT 01C J3XX
