Am on the road this week at Wright Patterson AFB nr Dayton, Ohio and had the opportunity to catch the HBO new release of "Taking Chance" tonight. I recommend it:

I never had the honor of bringing a sailor home but, I did have the honor of presenting the U.S. flag to the family of a Navy WWII Veteran at his funeral when I was stationed in Philadelphia in the '90s. One of the highlights of my career.

Hey Rich - you'll believe anything you read, huh http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif ? Next time I'm at WP meet me and I'll see what we can dig up on base. What say?
John - Hallo! Good to hear from you. How are things in DE? I am ashamed to say that I have not yet visited the museum. Will take time soon as I travel there regularly. Hoist a fine DE brew for me! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Sam, I really believe there is something there.. My step-brother was an MP in the Air Force and was stationed there for a about a year.. He does not say too much about what goes on there but agrees about the E.T. issues....

Sam, I went to the museum years ago because I was looking for something to do before I flew out of Dayton. I would put it on your must do list because I will go back some day when I have time. I came across the movie a couple of weeks ago and it was great. If I have to chain my boys down to watch it with me again, I will.
