What are the wheels on the '70 F/C?

Kim, I talked to Ted and he said both pictures were taken at Bristol June 1970. He's always glad to contribute.

I posted a picture of a Berger Dick Arons Camaro under Berger that Ted took also.

I missed that but the decal looks like it's on the axle. Don't recall ever seeing a wheel like that either.
