Hi Mike... When did you change the auction to a BIN? No reserve at $195 turns into a BIN at $150? You should have let me know I would have snatched them up for that price all day long. I've bought tons of Motion stuff from you before.

I just bought an NOS air cleaner without the original mounting brackets and was told "no one was given the original mounting brackets" so how is this NOS?

I AM SO SICK OF HOW THIS BEAUTIFUL HOBBY HAS TURNED INTO A BUSINESS. I am the guY that was in the pit with the real GUYS. I wish all you jerks go sell gold or silver. You have destroyed a great hobby of hard working MEN.

I think someone on thi site said he had or was getting the hold down brackets..awhile ago..maybe someone remembers better than me...
I can send you a tracing of the fly-eye hold down bracket if you want---It really is easy to fabricate by just following the tracing........

It is NOS because it was never installed on a vehicle. Once it has become installed, it is then USED parts.

Hi guys..been out of town and didnt see this post until now..Number one the decals were 195.00 for the pair as a starting out bid on ebay with no reserve..I was contacted by several guys asking for just one..these guys bought several fly eyes and key fobs from me in the past with no problems..I changed the auction to 150.oo each buy it now and sold the two instantly..then left town for a show and forgot to change the post..sorry..as the the guy who's not happy with the fly eye purchase..I emailed him to offer a 100% refund..the aircleaners are 100% nos..the only thing missing was the hold down bracket which I had made from a original cp bracket that someone else owns and wouldnt sell me with original packaging..I sold kevin suydam a air cleaner and a bunch of these brackets with no complaints..if anyone should complain its him..he owns more real motion cars than anyone I know..as a side thought remember the nos fly eye on ebay that didnt meet the reserve at over 700.00 that had the original package with bracket...Im selling the same thing without the package (because they came bulk..I have the cp catalog showing this)missing the original mounting bracket which I had made from the original for 149.95 and Im ruining the sport?..thats all I can say.

Just to let everyone know..I revised my ebay auction letting everyone know the holddown bracket for the flyeye is a reproduction from the original, just to end any confusion in the future. That was my mistake for not mentioning it in the auction. The difference being mine is alittle thicker (the original had a problem with splaying open when tightened down to much and the original is silver cad plated..mine is raw metal..I did have the hole punched out like the original..nor drilled.

i bought a flyeye from you and I LOVE IT!!! Mine came with a hold down and it works great. i couldn't care less about the hold down being a repro cause its never seen. the fly eye is the real deal thats all i care about. i'll buy from you again GUARANTEED!

Thanks for pointing it out John..I honestly didnt even think of mentioning that I had the bracket made since soo many guys buy these elsewhere and they dont have mounting hardware...all is good.

I bought one also and think it looks great. I have to admit though that I'm not sure how the hold-down attaches. Anyone got a pic?
Thanks.
