I would like to see how the get on it.
He would have to get on first. If she climbed up there it would tip over. I bet that thing doesn't get far on a charge.

That'd be even more sketchy. Have to be pretty precise - something along the lines of in-flight refueling, would think.
And what, was the only good roof taken?!
(Good to see the Volt prototype withstanding the rigors, though ... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif)

How did a woman who weighs at least 300 lbs get up there without breaking the shopping cart on the back of the chair, or her neck? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif
That particular chair has a 600lb capacity, (I used to work for a DME shop http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/scholar.gif), and he's hauling a good 700-800 lbs.
The frame will crack after a few good bumps, and the center of gravity is so high that even a slight incline will send her backwards, since there are no wheelie bars to prevent this from happening. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif
Laugh now, they won't be doing this too many more times. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Remember, physics isn't just a good idea, it's the LAW. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Your Guys are very spiteful i think.
Maybe they have a High Performance Wheelchair and they are going on the 1/4 mile http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif
Or it´s a Prototype with Carbon/Magnesium/Titanium Frame and they are doing a Testdrive to proof the stability and travelling behaviour http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif
I´m sure, the Whellchair has got a 10.01 sec at the 1/4 mile... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

...the weight is needed for traction...simple physics you need a lot of force on the tires because of the relatively small surface (footprint) of the tires....otherwise the tires would probably go up in smoke...
Now that has to be considered a SuperCar!!
