Today was a sad day in my life as I gave up my babies, but I am thrilled that my collection is going to a place that will be better able to care for them than me. Sale was consumated today(after about 12 hours of loading). I must say a big thanks to purchaser. This was a rather complicated sale, but it is great to know that there are honest and trusting people still in this day and age. I wish the best to the buyer.
Although it will probably bring a tear to my eye, I cannot wait to see my cars once again the way they once were in thier glory days....And best of all, as part of the deal, I cannot wait to go to the Supercar reunion and take my ZL-1 for that run down the strip like I was promised!!! haha....

...I also passed on to the buyer the names of the persons that had asked me to regarding certain cars and/or parts...thanks again to all....

Thanks Max for a great deal and a smooth transaction! My back is killing me and I still have two enclosed trailers to unload today. Max, will you fly out and help me unload?
Thanks again, it was truly a pleasure meeting you.

Hey Chris,

I'm glad you posted...for one, I don't have to keep recieving PM's from people "guessing" who bought the collection....haha
...and for two, I'd like to thank you for how smooth this transaction went.

For anyone selling project "supercars/musclecars", Chris is the man!! No BS...No games...the kind of guy that a handshake still means something....and a genuine good guy!!

You remind me of myself about 15-20 years ago...a person that gets so excited in the search for the "ultimate musclecar find"...

I really enjoyed meeting you and wish you the best of luck with the cars and parts.....

..and NOOOOOOOO, I'm not helping unload!!! hahaha...

Thanks again, Max

Hope to see ya (and my ZL-1) at the reunion!!

For those of you interested in the individual parts from Max's collection they are all now at HEARTBEAT CITY. Thanks for all of the interest and emails, but I just am not equipped to sell all of those parts individually, Jim is.
Thanks,
Chris
