I am currently in the process of prepping a vette for NCRS and have a question regarding spark plugs.

What is considered to be the "assembly line" plug for this car(67 Coupe 427/390 with powerglide and California emissions.?? Look at the attachment. These plugs were told to be right but I am not 100%. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this so I can put this to bed. The plugs that are in there now are positively incorrect. I am admittedly not a Corvette detail expert, but i am trying my best. Luckily for me the car is absolutely phenomenal and I don't have too many hurdles to overcome.

Thanks in advance for any help offered. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

I'm not a vette guy either,but here's what I thought..
1967 427 Impala & Corvettes w/385HP,390HP,400HP,430HP,& 435HP-(L-71 only),got the 14mm AC 43N hot plugs,part #5612241,for city type driving.

1967 427 Corvettes w/Aluminum cyl. heads,(L-88 & L-89 only,)got AC 43XL plugs,part #5613104,for normal service.

1965-67 Impala series w/solid lifter 396 or 427cid. got the 14mm AC 43N plugs,part #5612235,for normal service.

AC 43N is correct for the 390hp Corvette application.
